Photoshoot plan pt. 1
So for the exercise part of the magazine, I have several ideas in mind. I want to take pictures of people drinking water. Drinking water is a very important part of working out, not only during the workout. One should be drinking water throughout the day, so that when they do workout they feel hydrated and do not have the need to pass out. Another crucial component of working out is stretching before and after, so for that reason I would take pictures of people stretching. Stretching before working out will make sure that the muscles warm up and it will not strain during the exercise. Stretching after the workout will make sure that the muscles are not left with tension, so it will be able to relax. For the next few photos will be the actual exercise. I would like to take pictures of exercises that target every muscle group. For abs I would take picture of models doing sit ups and crunches. For cardio I would take pictures of models doing sprints and jogging. For legs I would take pictures of people doing squats and lunges. Lastly, for arms I would take pictures of people doing push ups and pull up. The last few pictures would be the model cooling down which the person would probably go on a walk. Cooling down will help the body's temperature go down and its heart rate will also go down which is also important.
